I purchased a set of bracelets as a Christmas gift for my spouse on December 8th, I selected to pay for expedited shipping to receive the products in a more timely manner than free shipping. After waiting for updates on the shop app and sending multiple corresponding emails complaining about the lack of urgency on sending my order. It still says “order placed”. No tracking number was given within 72 hours like I was informed I would receive. I wrote their customer service department asking for tracking information or a refund and the store website is no longer available to load online they closed the company and aren’t responding to any messages or attempts at refunding my money. My debit card Information and personal information including where I live and my phone number has been provided to this scam of a company with no choice but to reach out to the better business bureau in hopes of finding the help I need.
