- Newark, DE, USA

I got a text one day saying I won an iPhone 11 and that I only needed to pay the shipping fee of $14.73. Their disclaimer says that they would take out $14.44 every week for the next 6 weeks for their services. I had never received the phone but an alert from my bank that $86.64 was trying to be collected. The notes however from this company say that I ONLY had to pay the shipping of the $14.73. WHAT A SCAM!! you don’t get a phone, and the lady I spoke with as I’m trying to explain their services interrupts me as I’m trying to talk to her. Very rude and I’m super disappointed. This company shouldn’t be allowed to be in business. Below is my screenshot of the disclaimer and the explanation of shipping and receiving a phone is invalid. They ploy you into paying this shipping fee, you don’t get the phone. You get billed a LUMPSUM of $86.64 still with no phone delivered.
