$86.61 was taken from my bank account. I had to close the card attached to my account and now having to wait on a new one. I have no idea who this was but my bank is checking to see about fraud. I hope someone finds out who is taking our hard earned money. I'm so tired of these scammers... PLEASE STOP

I don't even know how or what was done but they took 86.61 out of my account. It could have been a survey or a trial but either way I didn't authorize nor did I purchase anything. Tried contacting them but they said they were experiencing high call volume

I had the same thing happen to me… Took a survey and I didn't even complete the checkout, and they took $86.61…

I entered part info for $1.00 and was charged $19.73. I divot even "complete transaction to approved the $1.00 as I realized it was a scam. I demand a refund of $19.73! I am extremely unhappy. I don't even know what the charge as for or even if I purchased something. I don't understand how they can collect $19.73 without submitting " comlete transaction"!?!

Somehow these people billed me for a service or product I never wanted nor received in fact no anything about or how there was any kind of contact for the amount of $86.61. I have only a phone number that leads back to them on my transaction statement, and only learned of their identity thru research ing the web. I cannot reach anyone from this supposed company to address this unauthorized billing from my debit card. I listed this as an “online purchase” problem, but it is really just a fraud. Not really sure how to label it other than straight-up theft.

Give away from Brandsmart

It has been almost three months since I paid for shipping of $19.73 for a "gift" I won, to date no delivery. Scammers, they show a Utah phone number but based some other place. As of today April 22, 2021 I have requested a refund ...we will see...TOTAL ACCESS NETWORK

This is SCAM! I received à notification from Amazon starting I was a Lucky winner of an apple IPad pro and to fill a out a form for shipping which I have done. Initially it says $1 but after fillingout the form it's $19.73 for shipping andhandling after Ihave enteredmy credit card info. Never received anything and the next I know,, I charged an additional $86.61. I did not even know if the two were connected until I called. I try the number provided by my credit card company several times with no luck until I finally get someone. The person was unable to give me any information about the company not even what I charged for except the name. He said I will receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days.

I just really want to make sure they live my account one.

Thanks!

Sketchy phone number texted me that I won a PS5 with a link in the message. I answered 4 survey questions regarding my age, sex, how many members of my family living with me and if I have owned a PlayStation before. I used fake answers. After completing the so-called survey, I was directed to put in my address and pay $2.00 for shipping. Found this super sketchy. I didn’t put in any further information.

I received a text message stating, "The Playstation5 just dropped: You're chosen as today's winner! Claim it by tonight, 11/17...", then left a link. I went to the link, did a small 4 question survey, then had to click on two present boxes. The second box came up that I won a PS5. Then comes a page to fill out your information, name, address, etc. I clicked on the link for the terms of agreement and read it. I actually won an entry in a drawing, but I had to subscribe to their Total Access Network at $19.73/mo, plus something else for $11. It also said I could win a vacation, but would have to pay $50. Then I Googled the company and ScamPulse.com came up first. THIS IS TOTALLY A SCAM!!! Always research before you enter your information, Google is what I always use.

I was paying my phone bill on T-mobile, when I got a text from T-mobile regarding a survey. I took the survey and towards the end it said I won a new iPhone 11. I felt this was too good to be true, so I clicked on the link telling me all I have to pay is $4 for shipping. The link then brings me to this website asking me for my address and form of payment, come to find out I was charged $19.73 to my debit card. Not to mention, the money went to some business called Iron Fitness for Her, but it’s under Total Access Network. I tried contacting the merchant to give me my money back, as well as, contact my bank.

I had not a clue about total access network until i was notified by my bank bout a purchase that possible fraud n i called them n they charged me 87.12 for a subscription thru said but i never signed up for one ..they hacked into my phone n got all my info ..!!! Wtf man these people need to b shut down
