I order shoes online from the store which advertised on facebook market place said it would ship in 3 days and would 100% satisfaction guarantee. Kept emailing the contact info on website and they kept saying would be 30 days to process and ship which isnt what web site said said wanted refund hasnt contacted me since its been well over 30days with still no shipping info
