I can't emphasize enough to warn everyone in the entire universe not to hire these scandalous swindlers. Even if it costs a thousand more dollars, I still recommend going with the more expensive option. My case with these phonies is currently with the police, and consumer protection office of the government of Canada is also involved. I was at a point ready to give up my belongings and buy everything all over again but the police advised me not to as that would be giving up my rights. Be prepared to have a lawyer. The secretary and drivers are very polite and professional. But the owner who is also the manager is the rudest obnoxious knifing deceiving charlatan you can imagine. Heads up, everyones English is SEVERELY BROKEN and NONE COMPREHENSIBLE! Basically they send you workers to take pictures of your items and give you a quote and of course despite the pictures they still don't get the items right. After so many back and forth or getting the items right, they ask you to sign the contract to be able to book and will make a new invoice for the all the items taken eventually. 4 hours delay on pickup day which is a problem if you need to book an elevator in a building, and every time we called to check ig they were coming the owner would not let you speak and only says what he wants and hangs up the phone, ending every phone call with sorry goodbye. The new invoice is sent 4 days later with an extra $500 because they want to change the items' names (sofa became a 3-seat sofa and added an extra $250) extra number of boxes than you have given, describing our initial boxes as large instead of medium to raise the price) again lots of back and forth and at this point no one answers emails as they don't want documentation against them. Everyone phone is a repetition of as the contract says you pay then we unload the truck, not willing to give you an explanation why things are renamed and charged triple the price or why extra items that do not exists were added. And this rude owner keeps saying "I repeat again" or "if you read the contract" and it because more and more clear this guy hardly understand a word we say and is extremely manipulative. Then on delivery day they blame you for not being prepared to pick your belongings sooner and it's the customers fault for the delay, 1 weeks later the gas prices are up and they can't deliver, third week is the driver is sick, and they can't deliver. After 25 days of the promised delivery date they won't unload the truck unless you pay the fraudulent invoice they made and ask you to discuss the invoice with the driver who Can't speak English. They send one driver without anyone to help him unload the truck, and you will pay more if they need more than an hour to unload. The discussion with the driver was mostly based on Google Translate and him calling his manager to tell him that there are no extra items that were made up in the latest invoice, and it is very obvious the owner is telling the driver to inform us that he will explain that all items are correct and named as per the directory (we had Google Translate on to understand what he was telling the driver in Russian) so finally after many discussions he admits to mistakenly adding boxes and mislabeling a sofa to a 3-seat sofa but will still charge me for an extra box that doesn't exists, and ends the phone call with " I ask my other manager why new invoice is different and credit you back only small box, but you still pay for 7 large medium box" when we only had 6 boxes. Of course... they never credit us back the small amount of the small boxes that never existed, neither the mislabeled sofa. We lost $~500 purely heinous.

I booked the moving company for Sunday May 29th at 11am and the price was $245. I informed the movers that I had the elevator booked from 12pm-2pm. They arrived at the place at 11:05am, they took 40 minutes to move my stuff onto the truck. Once we were ready to go the movers asked me for $20 for gas because they said they had no money. When we arrived at the gas station I informed the movers to follow me to the place I was moving to. I got to my new place at 12:36pm and the movers had not arrived yet, I waited until 12:45pm and I proceeded to call the number I was given, a guy answered and very rudely and belligerent and informed me that the movers stopped for a coffee and should be there within the next 5 minutes. The movers arrived at the place at 1:10pm. The manager called me and said I owed $390 because they were doing a 3 hour job, I informed him that they only did a 40 minute job so far because they wasted time getting to the place. The manager informed I owed $290, I said no I owe $230, the manager agreed. The movers demanded my money right away or they would not take my stuff off the truck. I gave them the money and proceeded to unload my stuff. They left my stuff at the elevator and in the garage and refused to bring up the apartment unless I pay an extra $50. I refused and they left my stuff in the garage and elevator and drove off.
