A friend is involved in this. Sept 3023 he tried to sell me on the 495 startup fee and I was not interested. The debit cards were 25.00 and I agreed to get one to ease the situation. It is now March '24 and I have never received the card. It appears they were cancelled by the original bank and do not yet have another.
