I was buying a car from a man on facebook marketplace. I had paid him a down payment and then working with the transportation company, sent over a refundable fee that was supposed to me given back to me once the car was in my possession. After everything was processed, they kept saying that it was taking longer to process and it would require more money. After paying them extra the first time and told that everything should be good, I was told that they would need more money in order to get me car to me. This was after the person had assured me that I would be getting my money back and everything was set. At this point I had no extra money to give to them, I asked if it were possible for me to get my refund and just no car and they said that was not possible. After multiple attempts to contact them, I got no answer and now I do not have that money.
