Never received product- have contacted them several times on instagram and their website with no reply. There is no phone number listed.

I ordered a piece of jewelry on March 6th, 2023 and never received it. Since then, I’ve contacted this “company” via the confirmation email I received from my order: [email protected], but they did not reply. I also filled out the customer support form they provide on the website (Which states they will reach out to you within a weeks time) it’s been months of multiple attempts, but no one has gotten back to me. I went to their instagram page and it appears that other people have been targeted.
