I clicked on an ad on facebook for a waist slimmer on july 5,2018 for ***. I put in my card info it said thank you for your order. I scrolled down and they had charged my card ***. I called the number listed on july 5,2018 it said after a 20 minute wait no available agents. I was fine with that atleast i would get back ***. I never received my refund. I called back on july 17,2018 and man answered said he saw where the refund was put in he didn't know why i haven't received it yet but he is entering it again and should take 3-7 days. I sent an email on july 26,2018 and was told someone would contact me shortly and still nothing. I called on Tuesday july 24,2018 and keep getting the message no available agents. I sent this email to Trending Now. I called May 16, 2018 concerning a $79.00 charge to my nieces account because I paid her to use her card to order the products and I have her cash on the original amount. The VIP fee was hidden farther down the Teens and Conditions page so I never saw this and the Billing Phone number. 1 858 239 1022 is fake too. I have emailed numerous times with no response to my order. Please help me. My niece is 17 yrs and her card was scammed I ordered the products and just gave her the cash for the order.

My account was charged May 16,2018 for $96.91 and I have yet to get a tracking number a response a email on the charge and status. This is bad business. What is the time frame on my order being delivered to my door? Where is my order? I have left several messages on a system that is questionable. I was also guaranteed a refund 7 days ago from a live agent and I have yet to receive that so if no refund then I want my order.

This company has ads all over FB where they sell something innocuous for something like 2 or 3 dollars, and they get you to purchase without EVER showing a total page (should have been my first clue after the free shipping). THEN, when you press forward and purchase anyways, they got you with the extra $70+ dollars for their membership fee. They know *** well you never saw the one teeny, tiny line there because they legit day so after you purchase. They basically taunt you saying you agreed to it and bully you into not disputing with your bank instead of just making it CLEAR UPFRONT that it's a Costco-lile membership like a legitimate business instead of scam artists. They don't even send an email confirmation because they KNOW they're scammers.

I'm in IT, I spot ish like this for my job basically and they did a great job of fooling me. Companies should NOT be able to screw people like this and I'm very happy to pursue a class action lawsuit about this if others are interested.

Purchased a weight vest for 3.99 and was then was charged $83.96

- Buford, GA, USA

I clicked on link from facebook to purchase fat loss boby shaper from Trending Now, trendingstore.net. Order total was $3.99, I enter cc and shipping info and submit order. Chase bank sent debit card transaction email showing $87.95 to Trending Now. Within 2 mins of submitting order I call customer service at 256-667-1162, they refused to cancel order and issues refund.

Ok so I'm usually careful about placing my orders through third parties website. On May 1, 2018 I saw Trending Now has ads on Facebook. I placed an order for two sweat vests that cost a mere $3.99 each. Below the submit button there is small print that states " my details above are correct and I agree to terms of purchase." So I figure yes I agree to pay for the purchases I just ordered. (This is what I thought it meant).

After submission I am taken to another page that states that " I may be charged anywhere from $1 - $9, and I will be charged a one time fee of $79.00. Ok stop the press!! The minute I saw that I immediately checked my debit card balance and I was charged a total of $87.95. I tried calling them at a number listed under contact us (858) 239-1022 (San Diego, CA). No answer. I called (256) 667-1162 today May 2, and spoke with a man name Ashley. Who constantly pointed out that when I hit the submit button I agreed to VIP membership as the site is a membership only site. I explained to him that "Membership only" is not listed in the advertisement. If that was the case I would not have placed an order. Ashley kept repeating that the information is right below the submit box. I kindly explained that all I wanted to do was place an order, not sign up for a membership to a company I now know I will never order from. I asked for my refund and he said they do not offer refunds, and if I am not satisfied with the items ordered I can return it and only get reimbursed the monies I paid for which is the product but not a refund of the membership charge. I told him that was an unfair and unjustly act to trick individuals into ordering products while at the same time collecting a fee for membership without the consumer knowledge. They have to be stopped as I know I may not be the only one who have been dooped out of funds for a service I did not want. I have not received a confirmation email or anything as of 7:55 pm (CST)

I ordered an ab stimulator back in Jan. Here it is the last day of April and still no product. I have called the number and spoke with someone numerous times they told me I would get my money back. Well that's been a month ago and still no money has been replaced. This morning I called the number and surprise the number is no longer a working number.

I ordered from a website on Facebook called Tending Now. They offered several items for low prices. They also charged a $79 member fee for a years membership to get products at a lower price. I purchased back in February of 2018. Since then I have called several times and contacted them by email. They did respond to emails and answer phone calls. Several times they gave me different dates of delivery of my order. Last date promised to be delivered by phone was from a guy named Bryan that barely spoke English on April 3, 2018 at 5:45pm. Since then I have tried to call several times. I have 2 Numbers for Trending Now. One is 1-888-408-1841 and the other is 1-858-239-1022. I never got an answer from the second number. But The first number is supposedly there customer service number. When I try to call now all I get is a busy tone. My guess is that they blocked my number. All I wanted was my merchandise that I ordered or my money. Now I just want my money back. Do Not Order from Trending Now. They are a scam!
