I ordered from their website which is no longer available all of a sudden. It had 3 weeks since my order went thru so I emailed them first, no response so I called them. The lady on the phone said "let me check into that for you and I'll email you the response I get and the tracking number".. I said ummm okay.

So I waited for the email and didn't get a response after a week so I called again and another lady told me the same thing and she added "that my products I ordered will be here next week". So I waited & again nothing.

So I went to my debit card app that I used to purchase the items and disputed it !

I was refunded 3 days later
