Received notice in mail of lawsuit pending if no payment made on amount due. Called twin oaks and said I must pay settlement today or they will sue. Called Genesis fitness (company that money is owed) they informed me that no collections or lawsuit will be filed in account (breach of contract due to hardship). When calling twin peaks back, they said that is incorrect, a law suit will be filed and I will have warrant issued for arrest if amount is not paid today.
