I saw an ad for Bruxelles on Facebook. I should not have, as the order was in limbo for 2 1/2 months. When I did receive the shoes in late July, they were knock offs as they did not match the picture and were no where close to my level of comfort as they were too small. When I tried to reach some assistance, they never called. Instead, they were expected to be sent back to China. I find this very unfair as a consumer.

I ordered shoes beginning of May. I began contacting them on June 1 since I still did not have them. They FINALLY found my order June 3. I had been contacting them every week since then. I finally received my order today, July 30. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not order from this site!

I ordered April 30, 2020. Today is November 30, 2020. 7 months and still no shoes and no refund.

Another story of the same as I am seeing here. Ordered "hiking shoes" on 4/29/2020 and after many emails to the company with no response along with even more emails to PayPal wanting my money refunded. I think PayPal let me down on this one also. They kept saying the tracking number was valid and I needed to wait. I finally received the shoes on 7/23/2020. After 3 months wait time for delivery I received nothing more than water shoes with uppers made out of a mesh type material and hard rubber soles with no support and lining that is thin as paper. These shoes are not fit to wear. They are even slippery on my carpeted floors. I have requested a refund of my money because the shoes are not as described. Waiting now for a response to that

I placed an order on May 6 and as all of the above - I HAVE NOT RECEIVED my order - they keep telling me they are on their way and due to the virus it takes longer - how does it take almost 3 months to receive a damn pair of shoes? I'm going to get my money back if it kills me

I purchased a pair of women shoes on 4/25/20 from an ad on Facebook for Ultimdeals for the shoes for $29.90 plus

$5.99 shipping & handling for a total of $35.89. After contacting their support 3 times, with them replying to me to "be patience as they are in transit", and as of 7/12/20, I still have not received my shoes. My last email to their support was on 7/11, with them giving me tracking number that does not even show any information on that number.

I have purchased 2 pair of shoes 4 months ago, just received 1 pair and wanted to return them since I have sent numerous emails requesting the ETA and only received a reply that said they were in New Jersey and out for delivery. After a month went by I sent another email requesting a cancellation of all my orders since I know feel its a scam. To which I receive the same email stating they are in New Jersey. One pair of shoes came and I emailed Claudia Dunn again to let her know I do not want the shoes, she then replys with, I have to send them back to China at my own expense. I have tried to delete my other 2 orders that were placed 4 months ago, and keep getting the same generic reply. Can you help?

Same as everyone else. Ordered shoes back on 5/04/2020. Never received them. I tried tracking them, and they some how deleted it and I couldn't check it any longer. Now I want to cancel my order and get a refund for the two pairs of shoes that I order.

I ordered a pair of sneakers on May 1st and have yet to receive them. Based on what I'm reading here I can see it would be a waste of time to try and contact them and I noticed their adds no longer appear. My only consolation is that it was from the stimulus money I received. It's still $35.89 that could have gone towards something tangible.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Facebook in April and I received an email so I could track my order. The email said my shoes were in Southern California.
I sent them an email in May asking about my order and was told that they were on their way to be patient.
In June I sent another email asking for a refund but was told once I receive my order I can then ask them about returning the shoes for a refund.and again I was asked to be patient that they were coming. I still haven’t received my order. So I sent another email this morning

I ordered shoes Apr. 27/20. Got notice package had left warehouse, then another saying package at airport. That was over 2 months ago. Never heard from them again, but they sure took my money.

I ordered shoesApril 27/20. I received a e-mail saying shoes had been shipped, from China. Got another e-mail saying package was dropped a the airport. That was the end of April. All tracking info was in Chinese, and once at the airport, all communication has ended. Now it’s over 2 months later and Nothing.

Offer good deals on products , take the money from your account and then never actually send the product. Im on 2 months and the last tracking update was done on April 29. I have requested for my money back but keep getting an automated reply.

My sister in law and myself ordered a pair of sneakers from this site and they took our money but never shipped the sneakers. they said it is due to the corona virus and they refuse to refund our money. they provided tracking information to my sister in law that says the site is suspicious when she clicks on it. the responses to my emails seem like they are from a robot. when i click on my tracking info it says they have been in transit since may 4, 2020

Too good to be true. Watch out! We purchased May,15 online from Ultim deals a pair of running shoes for $29.00 CAD. I paid with my MC card and was not send a confirmation . Next day my MC was showing purchase "Ultim Deals Bruxelles"
$ 52.11. Trusting that the shoes would come soon, we waited and June 1st I searched for reviews and came across many warnings. I Emailed Support@ultim and was given the described runaround, the reviews were stating would happen, from Claudia. Promises to send a tracking " and the order was already in shipping. No shipping company. June 13 we called our MC to see what we could do to get our money back as there now was a dispute.They recommended to continue try to cancel the order and they would put their dispute team on it. After 12 e-mails I left it for a week and yesterday send another E mail requesting cancellation and refund. The reply procedure was again as the first 12. Last night I noticed my $52.11 was credited to my MC. Chris.

I place an order with Ultimdeals on 4/29/2020 I received an email saying they got my order and gave me an order number. I then received another email on 5/4/2020 saying my package was in transit, when you follow the links it gave me a tracking number, but this package has not moved in over 7 weeks. I have emailed them and Claudia Dunn is the one that responds with a very general response, thanking me for my order and patience due the pandemic things are delayed. Which at this point you know is not true. I have been doing a lot of online ordering and nothing has taken more than 2 weeks and that was at the height of the pandemic.
I am so angry that this turned out to be a scam.

my order number #1322 for 2 pairs of shoes with a epacket tracking number L0939797418CN with confirmation of $70.20 for my purchase. With email back confirming my order.I ordered them February 25, 2020. Used my credit card and stated Canadian funds. Received my Visa invoice only for it to be foreign currency transactions amounting $95.76.On my visa statement it stated MATTEANDBLACK.SHOP AMSTERDAM. That is not what was showing on the website of time of my purchase. Used [email protected] and received email back from Claudia Dunn. Asked me to send her all my information to her. If shes customer service she would have it already. Tryed the tracking number it dont exist. NOW WHAT? Would W5 look into this matter for seeing the reviews theres alot of us without shoes and our money. my email is [email protected]

I purchased shoes from this company on 4/22/2020 never received them, i received an email from their support team saying they will update information to just be patient at this difficult time, package was shipped out on 4/28, no shoes. This company is a scam, they take your money and never send the merchandise then claim its been shipped, the email is signed by a Claudia Dunn.

I ordered shoes on May 1, 2020 and still have not received them. I have sent several Emails and get the same woman Claudia Dunn responding to them. Today June 21, 2020 I tried the tracking number supplied to me. My virus protection blocked it, saying it was unsafe. I wish it would have done that when I first went to their site! Today I sent an email to get a refund and cancel my order. Still waiting on a response to that. So far all I have received is a response saying they got my request. At least today it was not Claudia Dunn. Just their service dept. The the total amount of my order was 35.89
