This company raises a lot of red flags. I lost over $200 to them. They do not have a legitimate distribution center. If you google the address they provide for their business, it’s a Japanese restaurant. (Unfortunately, I waited until after purchasing the product to investigate thoroughly after seeing that these pills were part of a shark tank scam.) You can not find their business or distribution center anywhere on google. Since I never received a tracking number, I sent them an email and called them every day to cancel my order but they did not answer. The day my product finally arrived, I inspected it. Again, the back of the bottle of keto pills gave an address to their distribution center which is a Japanese restaurant. The return address on the package itself was the address to a cafe in which you can ship mail. I called the customer service line after my product was sent to me, finally got an answer immediately. The previous two weeks I was on hold every day for over 30 minutes until I gave up. The woman claimed that she would not provide me with a RMA number no matter how much I begged for one. Nowhere in the return policy did it say any reason I couldn’t return it. I told her that, yet she still refused. She had very broken English and was hostile towards me. I’m assuming the call center was overseas. I asked her where the pills were manufactured and she told me she didn’t know, told me she could find someone to give me that information, but never found anyone to answer my question. She claims that she’s just part of a call center and doesn’t know that information. Big red flag. I told her I’d be returning the product anyway, even though with the given address, they would end up at a Japanese restaurant. She told me no, again, and that I could not receive any compensation unless it was approved. She said nothing is wrong with them, therefore I couldn’t return them. I told her I’d feel comfortable taking them if she could explain their company to me, she said she doesn’t know where they come from. I tried disputing it with my credit card company, but I lost. The company claims I never returned the merchandise during the dispute investigation. I couldn’t return the merchandise because it said that returns would not be accepted unless approved by customer service and that I must obtain an RMA number. Both of which I tried to, within the 30 days, but they refused. They made this entire process impossible, yet, claims I never tried. They also wouldn’t let me cancel my “monthly subscription” so I had to cancel my card and get a new one. This whole process was absolutely draining and disappointing in the end. I’ve lost $209 and I’m sure many others will, too.
