I placed an order via the website Conservative [email protected] on Oct. 2, 2023 for a six pack of beer. The confirmation of the order was #61714 subtotal $22.50, shipping $14.76, total $37.26. On Nov. 2 I received an email stating the limited-edition beer would ship in 45 days and would receive an email from UPS with a tracking number. I never received an email from UPS nor the product. On Dec. 25 I sent an email to Ultra Right Beer requesting a refund and cancellation of the order. I have not heard from UltraRight nor the CEO Seth Weathers.

Purchased product in good faith.

No delivery.

Shipping delays. All fixed now.

Still nothing.

3 months pass.

Nobody answers the phone and voicemail if full.

Finally a reply to an email.

“Your order has been shipped”

I request tracking number.

2 weeks pass.

Still nothing.

Got bogus tracking number.

Tracking number still bogus 1 week later.

No reply to last email.

Still nobody answers phone and voicemail still full.
