Dentists has "In-Network" status with my insurance provider. I attempted to receive "Insurance Allowed" Preventative Care through this provider; but was refused service when I would not accept paying for additional, uncovered care out-of-pocket. Provider is getting benefits of being "In-Network" with Dental Insurance plans while actually refusing to provide pre-agreed treatments without significant upcharges. I have also notified my insurance provider, as I question the legality of such practices as being potential insurance fraud. One more note, I have also read public reviews of other patients who have had similar experiences with this dental provider.
