I recently received my CA middle class tax refund card and actvated in on 2/2/2023. I created an online account on 2/5/2023 and noticed the card had 2 unauthorized charges made on 2/2/2023. I immediately transfered the balance to my bank account to avoid and future unauthorized charges. the charges were made at BANLETE WAVE FLOWERS LLC BANLETE WAVE FLOWE 833-6527624 CAUS. I looked them up onlined and noticed there were many other complaints about unauthorized charges in the exact same amounts - 9.96 + 58.89.
