I got on their website to get an estimated value of one car - our car, that we were planning to sell. The website says, get one report for $1, so I did that. In the process of getting that 1 report you end up inadvertantly subscribing to their mothly service. I had NO use for getting up to 30 car reports per month! Then the monthly subscription charge is supposed to be $23.95, but in the first 25 days it charged us that amount THREE times.

As soon as I realized it was continuing to charge, for a service I never intended to sign up for, I got online and canceled our subscription. We will see if that works to at least stop the charges, and we will dispute the charge that have been made.
