On August 8, 2023, SoftwareHubs.com advertised the Adobe Photoshop Elements software at a discount of $89.99. Total of $95.84. I assumed they were reputable. My bad. After clicking to buy and adding my debit card with ****** *** ** ************, the download code for the software was not sent. I emailed, tried Chat, and contacted in every way to see why the download code was not sent. I invited them to explain if it would be sent after payment was in full. The first installment payment of $23.9 was taken by ************.

After numerous attempts to reach someone at Software Hubs (the Chat person only responded to say "Hi". No further explanation on Chat or by email) and at ******** all they did was open a dispute number). I am satisfied that this was a Scam. I do not know at this time if ******** is part of the Scam. But Software Hubs definitely is.

This Scam needs to be stopped.
