Received an invoice from them and I never ordered products. Unable to reach them by phone.

Bill for toner. We never received the toner, nor do we have a contract with this service.

Sent me a fake invoice for toners I never ordered. The Printer model on the Invoice was correct, had they sent us the invoice 2 months ago, because we changed our printer two months before the date mentioned on this invoice, and hence, there was no need for it.

Saw the company on the BBB website and says the company is out of business. It isn't....just has a different address which is now a PO Box. We get all our toner through our copier service company so we knew this was fake. Also not having a contact name on their was another dead giveaway.

Sends fake invoices to companies . SCAM

We have been getting monthly fake invoices from this company for a Lexmark Toner Cartridge for $398.00. We only order from staples, we do not have any machine in our office that uses Lexmark. This company has pulled this in the past. I want them reported.

Unified Distribution sent a fake invoice for Ricoh toner.

We received an invoice for $433 for toner. We order our toner from the company we are under contract with, not Unified Distribution. This invoice is a scam!

Received a fake invoice from Unified Distribution for a toner that was never ordered and never received. The invoice stated the toner was for Ricoch 2020, Unit-Stock #8543 and the bill was for $433.00. I looked up the company on ScamPulse.com they are not accredited, nor do they provide any real services and many others have the same exact complaint, without a doubt this is a scam. If you ever get this "bill" immediately rip it apart as I did (which is why I can't attach a copy of it). Side note, I did call just to see if anyone would answer and heard a Spanish speaking woman on the other end who could not speak English. I hope someone catches these scammers.

They are routinely targeting libraries with fake toner invoices. Looks legit-matches our copier-but we buy direct from the copier manufacturer.

We are a smaller business so we have a small list vendors we use for our business needs. This company is not one of them however we received a invoice from this Unified Distribution for $433.00 for toner we never ordered or received. We have never done any kind of business with this company. We tried to contact the company but it only goes to voicemail and no return calls.

Received an invoice for products not ordered. Attempted to contact company without success. Checked BBB website and saw this is a pattern for this company.

Do not FALL for this fake invoice or phone call to place of business asking to send toner on your copier.

Invoice in the amount of $433.00 sent in mail. Contact name: Mark. We never order, nor received such an item as we get our toner from a local supplier. Tried calling and the phone just rings and goes into a generic voicemail.

Looking at other complaints and it looks like this person has done this more than once. Hope they get him/her.

Received an invoice for merchandise I didn't order. Attempted to reach company via telephone and email to no avail. I left several messages and they did not return my calls not have they responded to my email.

I received an invoice for a product never ordered/received. Complete scam. Called the number on the invoice 5 times, of course, no answer.

As many others have stated, we received a fake invoice for a type of toner that we don't even use, and all of our supplies are ordered through our company's business supply system. Not to mention, our toner is shipped automatically when it gets low, we don't ever manually order it. This is a scam.

We received an Invoice in the mail from this company "Unified Distribution" for a Toner Cartridge that we did not purchase. We do not carry the brand of printer that this Toner Cartridge even goes to, nor would we pay $433.00 for one cartridge. I am a Hotel Manager for a Hampton Inn by Hilton in San Antonio, TX. I tried to call the phone number on the invoice, but it went straight to voicemail, and did not sound very professional at all. Be aware, this is definitely a scam and one Toner Cartridge will almost never cost you $400.00, let alone $300.00.

We receive countless emails and unauthorized invoices for Ink Toner.

Do not give them any information.

My library has leases on our copiers and the other printers in our space are all supplied by myself ordering toner from contracted vendors. This invoice showed up from a company I have never done business with for toner for a model I have never heard of (except as a cell phone). I did some online research and found out that this "company" sends out these invoices (they even had the same amount as what was listed on this fake invoice).

Not only that, but I am on a face to face/first name basis with our sales reps for our vendors. I do NOT work with an "Amy" or "Jeremy" for supplies (nor anything really).
