Have been receiving multiple invoices from company related to toner for copier we currently own. Turns out, no one has been ordering the toner and we have not received a single order

- Smyrna, GA, USA

Sent fake invoice for toner. Used our trusted supplier's invoice and names to duplicate.

- Mcallen, TX, USA

Our small law office received an invoice for 2 Toner Ricoh Aficio MP-301 for $996.00 and Shipping and handling of $57.38 for a grand total of $1,053.38. We NEVER ordered anything from this company and after researching that toner, it costs about $15. Total and complete SCAM.

I am a business owner in Pennsylvania. An individual called my office and spoke to the receptionist and claimed they were calling about maintenance for our copier. We have a contract with a company. When the worker asked if they were from that company, the response was "yes" The caller asked for the copier number and the employee's name. The following week, we received an invoice by mail for two toners at $498 each and $67.34 in shipping costs, for a total of $1063.34 and my employee was listed as the "contact." The items on the invoice were not discussed during the call and nothing was received at the office. This bogus invoice was sent to see if an absent minded individual writes a check. I called the phone number on the invoice and left two voice mail messages. I did not get a call back., There is no street address for this business, just a P.O. Box and there is no email or website. BEWARE!!!

- Wenatchee, WA, USA

This scammer sent us a fake invoice for copier toner. It looked real because apparently they called here a week or so ago and spoke to our school secretary and asked for our copier type and serial number. So they had her name as a "contact" on the invoice, and the reason she gave them our copier info was because she thought they were from our legitimate contacted copier company. So watch out for anyone calling asking for your copier info. Do not give it to them! They use that to make their "invoice" look legitimate.

Received an invoice by mail for copier toner. The invoice had the model number of our copier and the name of our receptionist as the person who ordered the toner.
