Got several calls from them and they refused to say who they were until verifying my name and living city. Then they just ask how I want to pay for a hounds of dollars debit from a company I never heard of or owned. They also sent a letter to my place with my name misspelled.

Called me and told me my name, asked if it was me, to which I replied yes.

Then they told me the last 4 of my social and asked if it was correct.

I asked what company this was and they hung up.

When I called back they tried to conform avian but never told me the company.

They asked me my name and told me my social security number and asked me if that was the correct one and I asked what was the name of the business and what the and what business dose and they refused to tell me anything but just the name and to even get the name from them I had to tell them my name was correct but my social was not

This company has called me several times regarding a "personal matter" and asks me to confirm my SSN and home address. I asked them to tell me what they were calling in regards to first, then they hang up. I called back once and asked them what type of business they are, and again they hung up on me. I'm not sure exactly what they are after exactly since they already had my personal details.

Called stating a debt was owed to a company I have never done business with. Stating I owed 1500 from a debt in 2017, which would have been IMPOSSIBLE to get into at that time. They refuse to send any documentation regarding the debt. They knew the last four of my SSN, so this made me nervous. They refused to cooperate with any request made pertaining to the debt, as they are required to do by the Credit consumer counseling.

"Jay" from Unifin called and stated I owed Wells Fargo over 5000$ for a bill from 2006. He offered to take 50% off the bill today with a credit card payment. When I asked what his company's website was I was put on hole for 5 minutes and transferred to a woman who would not answer my questions about the business but kept insisting I make a payment. When I said I would one I received an itemized bill and reduction agreement via postal mail she hung up on me. I call the number they called me from 785-201-9512 it is an out of service cell number and 847-250-0041 which is the number listed on the ScamPulse.com website, it is a voicemail that just keeps telling you no one is available.

I received a call from them stating that I owed them money from A debt five years ago for Verizon leading up to this I have never received any prior phone calls or letters about this alleged that I asked them for an account number they gave one to me I hung up I called Verizon I gave them this account number which they state does not exist they ran my birthdate and Social Security number and it did not show any depth and on top of that I currently have an account with Verizon right now for Internet so I called back this collector I gave them that information they immediately hung up on me and blocked my number so look them up on the Internet and found a different number called it and he said the same thing very aggressively and hung up on me it's obvious that it is a scam they did not want to release their physical address or even give me an account number they had to put me on hold and give me an attitude about giving me an account number then gave me one that does not match any of Verizon's records at this time there is no past collections on my credit report from them and if it was a legitimate debt I believe it would not take five years for them to put the collections on my credit please resolve this because they were very convincing and I guarantee they are making a lot of money taking advantage of hard-working people if you have any questions please give me a call at ***9

Calls everyday but leaves no voicemail and on calling back they claim to be Unifin which is a credible debt collection agency. This is not their number upon further investigation

This company named Unifin calls. They say they are calling me about a file, give four numbers and ask me to verify if these are the last four of my social security number. The numbers they gave were not. Rather than tell them this, I asked what file they are referring to. They refused to answer and again asked me to verify the last 4 of my social. Again, I refused and demanded to know what file. They told me they knew it was my file because of my date of birth. The date of birth they gave was also incorrect. I informed this was incorrect, they are liars and not to call me again.

I was contacted by a person who claims I have taken out pay day loans with a financial company. I have zero recollection of this ever happening and I have never used this type of financial product before. I asked for documentation regarding the original loan I was alleged to of taken out then the representative began raising his voice and demanding I pay this bill.I told him it was an error and he called me a liar and began using hostile verbiage and a threatening tone. He was trying to force me over the phone to pay a bill that is not mine. The call felt like a scam call especially considering it is the holidays. He threatened me and I felt violated as a person and a consumer.
