I ordered a gift for my son on 12/22/22 and it showed it was shipped a couple of days later and then I got tracking that has been updating every day to be delivered on this day since 12/31/22 and it's now 1/11/23 and it still has not been delivered. You cannot reach anyone by phone. I have sent in messages every other day or so and just get told it's on the way. I have asked for it to be resent or refund my money and they just tell me to wait longer.

On 11/24/20 I saw their ad on Facebook for personalized Christmas ornaments. I went to the web site link they provided and ordered an ornament to be shipped to a relative in another State for a Christmas gift.

I immediately received an email stating my order was confirmed.

Several days later, I get an email that it has shipped and I was given a tracking number for USPS with a graphic showing my order is somewhere in Huntington Beach, CA. Several minutes later , I get another email saying my order is ready to be shipped.

So I click on the website link they provided and it says the package was ready to be shipped on 11/28 at 11pm. But soon after I receive another email it had shipped on the 11/27.

I click on the tracking number provided which takes me to the USPS website that says they are waiting for the package. That was on 11/28.

On 12/1/20, I tried calling the number on the Unifury website and got a recording that did NOT identify the company but only said "No one is available to take your call. Please leave a message." which I did. So who knows who I called. They never returned my call.

I then emailed them at [email protected] and asked where or when my order would be shipped since their site gave conflicting dates. I immediately received a response stating I could not email them regarding customer service issues but had to go to their web site to a link they provided and fill out a cancelation or modification form. On that form it states you only have two hours after you place your order to cancel it. And then it says they will review your request and get back to you at some point. Literally, it says at some point.

Then, on 12/01, I went on the ScamPulse.com web site and found Unifury has an F rating. So I decided to ask for my money back. I paid via PayPal and filed a complaint with them. The company that took my money on behalf of Unifury replied on 12/02 that I needed to “give it a few days” and again referred me to the USPS tracking number. I had asked for my money back but they did not address that or any other of my concerns,which are the same as what I've listed here. So I escalated the complaint with PayPal to try and get my money back.

I also checked with the California Dept of Consumer Affairs and found that the two addresses they give, one in San Fransisco and one in Laguna Hill, CA and the two names they do business under are not registered or licensed in California. If you go on their Website and click on Contact Us, you will see the U.S. address in San Fran and then another address that says their parent company is in England.

However, if you go on their FB page it says they are in Vietnam.

Both on FB and on the ScamPulse.com web site people have reported either never receiving the product they ordered or it’s such poor quality it isn’t worth what they paid for it. They also report no one from their so-called customer service dept ever responds.

This is a scam company and I’ll probably never see my money nor the ornament I ordered.

Ordered a picture from them. I realized I made a mistake in the spelling on a detail in the photo. They say on their website you can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours if you contact them. They have you fill out a ticket on their website of your request. Each time I filled one out I got an email saying "ticket unreceived." I called their number and it goes straight to a voice mail and says to leave a message. Their costumer service is terrible because they are frauds. They have no intent of giving me my purchased item. They also said I will get an email when my order is processed. They already charged me however I don't think I will ever receive another email saying my order is shipped. I don't expect to get it for months or at all. I have dealt with one other website like them and I know they are fraudulent. They also have an abundant amount of horrible

reviews on their instagram complaining about them as well. I truly hope I'll be able to get my money back.
