I was using the Out of Milk app. At the bottom of the screen was a flashing message. When I clicked on the message icon I was taken to a page which said that I had won an iPad. I needed to pay $5.96 to process this offer. What I didn't know is that they set me up for a recuring $67.43 monthly membership fee. I have called the company and got a switchboard. The woman indicated I had been sent a confirmation email on 9/30/23. I did not get the email. She then told me they just sent me a copy of the confirmation to my email. I did not get that email either. They offered a 40% refund. I refused and hung up. I was called back and offered a $70% refund. I refused. I have disputed the charge with my bank.
