I am unable to make contact with this company. Around early January 2020, I received a phone call that mentioned my previous travels with Hilton (giving the appearance they are associated but aren't) asking if I was interested in buying a travel package. I resisted several times and told them several times that I'm not interested. After reviewing the site I purchased a package for $350 to both Orlando and Italy that they told me I could use for 2 years. I did receive an information package for the travel although they mistakenly typed my email address. As of 21 Apr 21 there is no answer on their direct line 1-888-971-9311. Due to COVID we haven't traveled, and I was looking to book for June 21. I could like to file an investigation/complaint with Unique Vacations and a refund of the $350.
