I bought a part online from a guy who is a dealer and the shipping company is telling me that they wont ship it until I buy a Insurance license for a $703 " refundable" fee. I dont have this kind of money and they refuse to ship it. I can forward the email if needed. When I call the number provided it says its nolonger in use.
