I saw a sale ad on FB and clicked the link. The website was advertising a huge day-only sale for discounted books. I purchased 5 sets of books. My order number was 936962-00027710 with a total of $31.94 being charged to my debit card. Immediately after submitting my order, my bank contacted me with concerns of potential fraud to my account. Because I authorized the charge, it was not considered fraud, but I was encouraged to monitor my account. I received an email with the status of my order and was told it was delivered in my mailbox on 8-8-23. After days of waiting to see if maybe the parcels got lost, I finally reached out to the company regarding my missing packages. They messaged me back with a tracking number that is unavailable and encouraged me to contact my local post office. I have done so, and asked my neighbors if they have received my package. I informed the company of this and they stated that the parcels are small and to look again. I asked them for a refund, but they said they can't do so until I provide them with a certificate from the local post office that says "parcel missed". I am unable to do so because the tracking number they provided me with is unavailable. My sister also ordered from this company and she is experiencing the same issues that I am. The scammer has my email address, my first and last name, my home address, my debit card number, and my phone number.

The ad was placed on Facebook and instagram for a book sale. After I made the purchase it took two weeks for the “product” to be delivered, when I finally received the product it was a different item entirely from what I had ordered.

I found a targetted ad on Facebook about a book sale and ordered some books. When I first got the tracking info, it was forna completely different order it stated was delivered to someone in February. When I reached out for assistance, they said the tracking site recycles tracking numbers and to wait. When it fimally updated it said ny package had been delivered on a day I was home all day. Inreached out and first they said they knew i hadnt received it but it was on its way. When I still didnt receive it, they started saying it was delivered and maybe I gave them the wrong address or it was stolen. I advised I knew it wasn't delivered because I work from home and was home all day and I live on a private drjve with very few neighbors and we don't have packages stolen.

Upon further research into this company other people have had the exaxt same issue. I haven't seen anyone state they ever received what they ordered. This website needs to be shut down. It is a complete scam

The scammer is pretending to sell cheap book box sets. It was marketed as a close out sale for bookstores, but my email confirmation seemed sketchy and the tracking number given was not real.

They posted an advertisement listing books at a discount. There is no search button on the website but the order process looks to be legitimate. One an order is placed there were many typos and no way to contact them about the order. The tracking information is backdated to February or earlier.
