This is continuing information from my original report of this scam, and how they use the USPS tracking information to scam payment institutions like Paypal and our credit card companies that they are a legitimate business delivering on the products they sell.

I spoke with my local postmaster and received detailed tracking information for the number that unsalesite.com is using to report delivery confirmation to Paypal. This is how they did it - they mailed a very small package to a bogus P.O. Box. Technically package was delivered, but to a locker for undeliverable packages and not my home. The tracking information also contains details of the package not found in USPS tracking. The product I ordered was 23 lbs, 58x23x6. The product they shipped was 8 oz, 14x4x5 inches.

If this happens to you, get the details from your post office and submit this to paypal or credit card company, it should be sufficient information to overcome the "seller has proven package was delivered" scam. Good luck!

I ordered a rooftop rack from this company on 01/12/2024 that was deeply discounted. I used Paypal for the transaction due to their reputation to stand by buyers in the event of scam. Transaction ID *****************. I was skeptical but relieved that on 01/15/2024 Paypal sent notification that the package had shipped, I received a tracking number, shipper USPS, tracking number **********************. Also on January 15 I also received confirmation of delivery. This delivery never happened. I contacted my local USPS who confirmed that the package, very small, was delivered to the post office but it did not have my name associated with it. She said it was in the post office, she was looking at the package, it was very small. The package I ordered was a car rooftop rack - not small. This is important. I have no idea how this happened, how the USPS tracking number can be used to positively execute upon a scam. USPS could not provide full information, but they did confirm that the package was not delivered to my home. I appealed with Paypal, who stopped their investigation at that point - seller showed proof that the package had been delivered (which, due to tracking information, was technically true but again it was not delivered TO ME).

It gets worse. I paid for this transaction first through Paypal credit, then directly through paypal. Once again, Paypal is not standing behind this purchase for the same reason, which is inexplicable because the seller can only prove that one delivery occurred. Original purchase was for $77.28. Because I was billed twice I've been scammed for $154.56.

There is no phone number associated with this business. The state is indicated as Texas. Emails sent to seller have not been returned. Domain is anonymously registered, contact information associated with the domain registry at the registrar provided no human on the other end.
