Pure Clean Keto Fraud

My credit card was charged for $84.96 11/09/2023 for pur clean keto that I never requested or received. I dispute this charge with my credit card company and they close the investigation because the address matches my online transaction. I never requested or received anything from this company but an unauthorized charge, so I google pure Clean Keto and find a website that is blocked called purecleanketogummies.com that suggests if I've been charged to request a chargeback. This online theft is very frustrating I have cancelled the cc and not received my money back but wanted to alert the public and document publicly that the scam is continuing with no clear solution.

I saw an ad on Instagram for a Pit Box XL sponsored by Guy Fieri for a shipping and handling fee. Added to that order was a Fitness XL device. I noticed the errant charge and called to cancel, request a refund, and delete my information. A month later, I received a debit for $84.96 from Pure Clean Keto, a product and company I had never heard of. I contacted Pure Clean Keto at (833) 274-6080 and was advised that the number was a clearing house for a sweepstakes raffle that I entered. I advised that what they were doing was fraudulent, than I had never placed an order for a sweepstakes, and that I wanted a refund. They made three offers of rebating specific percentages of the cost and wen I refused, they told me they would process a refund. I am awaiting a refund. The customer service representative provided a name of Chila. She also referred me to Fitness XL to obtain a refund of the fraudulent charges associated with that company at (866) 530-6616.
