I've contacted the merchant several times on my shipment being delivered. I have gotten the same excuse as to they will contact me within three to five days. They also have told me that if I have trouble getting my package to me then I would need to contact the postal office. I have checked the packaging number for the post office, it's not a valid number. I've checked FedEx for the tracking number and I checked UPS also. The tracking number is not coming up anywhere so I'm out of money and I keep getting excuses and the running around
