Hired them to ship my car from Arizona to Georgia. Was quoted a price paid the deposit and then the day of pick up they called and doubled my cost and refunded to refund my deposit so I could hire another company.

This company gave a quote for $1600 and took a $300 deposit by a fraud scammer who goes by Ronnie. He was so nice when he talked and said he has been doing for years and has done multiple moving ( fraud basically). He said by 2 cars would be picked on a certain date and no one showed up or called up those days. I tired to reach the company and this scammer multiple times and he never answered or picked up the phone. After few days when i called the company contact number 888 851 3050, one lady said she will try to expediate the moving process which is already 3 days late. That day I got a call that someone is coming to pick up the cars. The cars were loaded and on the way from VA to TX. The next day I get a call from this fraud unethical untrustful person that he needs extra $500 ($2100 now) for the cars to be delivered or it won't be picked up. When the car is already on the way to Texas from Virginia. This is not contractually correct and I want this type of business to get closed or shut down if possible if they are scamming people and taking advantage of the situation and conditions. He is rude and obnoxious in his demeaner and attitude.
