"Jeremy" texted me about my listing on 123Notary. On the phone he lied when asked and said US Directory manages the listing for 123Notary. I signed up for the service and cancelled the next day after verifying that it was not him.

I have since found several others fell for the scam and lost hundreds of dollars. They also impersonate Notary Cafe according to multiple warning posts on Notary Cafe's Facebook page.

I spoke to UsDirectory about a $95 charge that was not suppose to occur. When I called The customer service rep Barbie Smith agent #1599 she claimed there is no one else to talk to about the charge its only her….I asked is there a corporate number she said no, i asked is there a billing number she said no, I asked is there a number for sales I can speak to, she said no, she said she has no supervisor either,…..She can only send email out to billing about my complaint but not CC me in the email??? I than asked well how do i know your even goin to do it? She stated i have to take her word for it. To Make a long story short after doing some more diggin…..scamming ppl out if money is normal with no correction or consequence but claims to have been in business for 20yrs with no corporate number, billing number or sales number??? It all points to fraud.

US Directory called me. I am a sole proprietor and they said they can help get more internet presence. They were doing a pandemic offer of $5 a month for a year, cancel anytime, no obligations, billed month to month ONLY $5 nothing more. This was to see how I like the service. And because of COVI,D they are reaching out to help business owners during these difficult times.

I was also told that they would never go up on the price unless I wanted to purchase additional services. US Direct began calling me at least 4 times a day. I told the lady I didn't want to upgrade any services. Due to the pandemic, I am working on an extremely tight budget. The company still kept bugging me. So, I put them so that I would not be disturb mode and if they call it would go to voice mail then I would have a record of them calling so many times.

The last conversation I had with the lady was, 'please stop calling, I will call you should anything change'. She tried to keep me on the phone.

Then, my card started sending me updates that $5 was being drawn from Hollywood, FL. That is the location that came up on my phone. OK, they took the first $5 while I was on the phone. But it kept ring days later steady taking $5. Then, they tried to take $84 twice in one day. That didn't go through. Then, today April 29th 2021 they took $95. All of these extra withdrawals were unauthorized purchases. A Fraud move. Removing funds from my account. I emailed my debit card to not release the money and do an investigation.

I went on there US Directory website to send email, no email.

I tried to send a message on there company's message board, that came back saying "blocked"

I tried to call to get questions and ask about the unauthorize money they took without permission.

Close my account ASAP. Because the lady told me I could cancel anytime and not be charged any fees because they bill month to month. No answer on anything.

This scam company impersonation of a yellow page web marketer that work with google is a lie. They target businesses into sharing credit card and banking information. I have been fooled into paying for a listing and ad space in a nonexistent “Yellow Pages.” And its not widely distributed. The so called listing is of little or no value. This is a ploy. Crooked Scammers. A class action lawsuit is what needed against US Directory and my money back along with others that have also got taken to the bank.

Called me and verified my Notary Signing Agent business name, email and phone number. Asked me how many years I have been a signing agent. I told them.

When I started asking them questions about who they were and what they wanted, there was a pause and then "hello"?. I'd repeat my question and they acted like they could not hear me and said Hello? again. I hung up.

The caller's accent was a person from India

Agent called me today trying to list my business in yellow pages. During the phone call I felt they were trying to get me to answer “yes” to certain questions. Once I told them I didn’t feel comfortable about continuing any further. The agent insisted I allow him to process the transaction. I stated several times that he did not have my consent. He asked me why I wanted to cancel. I said I don’t have to cancel a service I ever started then he immediately transferred me to his supervisor. She became very aggressive and rude. She asked me why I don’t want the service. I again replied, I don’t feel they are representing the Yellow Pages as they claim to be & I shouldn’t have to keep explaining about spending my money. She interrupted me and told me to shut my mouth up and listen. I asked her who she thought she was talking to. She then replied that she has millions of customers and good luck with my business & it was going to be very unsuccessful. These people are very rude, aggressive, & unprofessional.
