They called and said I won a government grant for 8,500 dollars and that all I needed to do was go to Walgreens and purchase a 250 dollar Steam card. The 250 would be refunded to me within 10 minutes and I would still get my 8500. They said they would stay on the phone and walk me through it until I got my money
