Using the name John Walker the guy called my dad at home. He claimed to be with the U. S. Postal Service. He had a prize for my dad from publisher clearance house, 3.5 million.

In order to confirm my dad was the prize winner, he wanted my dad to go to Walmart and do a cash payment Walmart to Walmart for $85. This would get us the golden stamp which would provide the registration paperwork. A Maggie Barton, an attorney, would receive the payment.

At some point in a second phone call he made the mistake of saying his name was David Walker then corrected himself, saying it was John.
