I received an email today 11/03/21 from US Tech Support (email address: [email protected]) stating that I would be charged for a service of tech support for my two year subscription if I did not respond to this notification by tomorrow. I have never used this company or their product. I called the phone number and they wanted me to be in front of my computer to cancel the service if I did not want it. The person stated it was for my Norton 360 software. I do not have Norton 360 software and I told the person that. They stated to call them back at a different number when I was at my computer. I told them I would fight the charge on my card and they stated that if that's the way you want to handle it....... and hung up. This is definitely a scam.
