I was emailed saying that a product would be delivered "discrete." I thought this was weird, as I had ordered reishi mushroom, cordyceps and lion's mane grow kits. But I figured it was something to do with how they had to be shipped and agreed - as no fee at that time was charged. Then I was emailed and told that there would be an $80 fee for packaging, and $100 for customs fees. I was told it would be reimbursed. So I agreed and made the transfer. Then I was told that customs required an additional $400 for mailing and delivery fees. I thought this was outrageous but they said it was all just part of the fees included and would be reimbursed, so stupidly I again agreed to transfer funds. They then said that customs was concerned about living organisms, and that there was a hold for $1,000 and that my purchase contained "illegal" substances. What?! At this point, I said enough, and began really looking into the shipping company. I came to learn that their site has only been live for 6 months, they are not registered as a business by any group I could find, and their "Contact us" button doesn't work, nor do most buttons on their website. I realized what a hoax this was and have refused to make any further payments, but I want them to be investigated as they should not be allowed to continue this scam. I believe they are tied to the private party selling the mushrooms, but when I went to message the seller, I heard nothing back. I had purchased my kits for $100. I looked up their phone and it is not connected to any entity or person.
