I went through all the same experiences. They made me the same promises. So far, I have processed a grand total of one (1) package, and that was only because I pestered them about it. In the interim, I have been turning down job interviews because of my supposed "employment" at premium logistics.

In the beginning, I too suspected a scam, but I did my research. I saw the company was based in Florida, they don't use postal money orders to pay employees, and there were no obvious spelling or grammatical errors in the emails they sent, so I knew the company was probably legit.

For the past month, I have done nothing. I asked Sarah Valdez why I am not receiving packages, and her reply was she was waiting for the sales department to post updates. That was on 9/22. Still no updates, still no packages. In addition, I have been unable to contact anyone there by any means, period. Not by phone, not by SMS messaging, not by email, and not through their portal. It's as if the company simply dematerialized overnight.

I understand that maybe there has been some kind of emergency. Maybe the hurricane affected them. Maybe there was a fire. Maybe there was a case of covid and they got shut down. I don't know. I don't understand what is so difficult about getting in touch with their employees through some other means. They owe me an explanation as to why I am being treated this way. Perhaps Alexandre E. Dill could give it to me.

PS- I'm out of patience.

Dear applicant,

I understand your concerns in these turbulent times. However, what you are writing here is not correct. We didn't stop the email contact with you. Quite the opposite we have sent you a link to a website of Florida Department of State - Divisions of Corporations, where you can check the registration date, officer details, filed reports and FEIN of our company. But we haven't received a response and you have stopped answering our calls. Our role models are companies like Uber and Airbnb and we have nothing in common with different sorts of scams posted on this website. I hope you agree to do a Skype call with our office so that we can demonstrate you the business license and correct this misunderstanding.

Please understand that collecting personal data and sensitive information has never been our goal. We are asking to complete I-9 form in its entirety due to the requirements of IRCA and IRS, which cannot be avoided by any lawful employer in the United States.

I have attached the screenshot of our employment portal, which makes it clear that we have never stated that submitting sensitive information to us is a must. In fact, we don't require submitting the whole package of your employment documents until your first pay day. We are very realistic in our employment approach. We understand that not all of our applicants are willing to go through the mandatory lower paid training period. But this is the only way for all parties in this remote business model to establish the necessary mutual trust.

The pandemic has shown the importance of remote employment opportunities. We are all used to old ways of doing things, that's why I can understand your frustration and anxiety caused by the new ways of doing things remotely. However, I hope that one day the mutual trust will allow the transition to distributed digital business models which have the potential of keeping American economy viable, flexible and competitive.

Sincerely,
Alexandre E. Dill,
the president of Premium Logistics USA.

For me scammers are using a real company name premium logistic, initially I found this job online shared all my details in the name of paper work which all looks very real and legal.. my SSN, passport no.,my DL, every thing,

They said I will be receiving a packaging in a weeks time then mean while I read on Internet about such packaging scams, they provided me a chat box where I can contact them so I messaged her that I want to ask you few things which she did not replied, I waited 2 days then called on the number and the women named Sarah Valdez answered and said it’s all valid , in fact she provided some id of the company too, so I thought it’s all good because when I ask her that I want to visit her she said ok she is available 5 days 9 to 5, so I thought I will go there but mean while I felt it’s all good so I can proceed with the job, she sent me a message that if I want to proceed, I said okay let’s proceed but they start delaying the first package and haven’t sent any yet .. how I get the confirmation that they are fraud is the number they provided .. I called that number it asked for extension and no what extension you choose it goes to the same extension 101 and same women answered, and she claims her self a recruiting manager and I didn’t understand , how come no matter what number I called how is it going to one extension only and also the way she talks , and everything was very unprofessional .. and because they knew that I doubt them so they are recruiting manager but also keeping me in loop because I told them if things doesn’t straighten up, I will file a complained about them.. so they are still saying it’s a small delay for package because May be they don’t want me to complain.. but I did call my local police station, and filing complained to FBI.

Because hate these people guts and I will go to every length to make them pay.

Shipping Agent position

We appreciate your interest in joining our company. Below, you’ll find the details of the Shipping Agent position outlined, along with the expected duties and an explanation of our hiring procedure.

Premium Logistics USA is a tech-enabled third-party logistics company which provides online mail management and e-commerce logistics solutions. Our innovative approach to shipping gives our customers access to a large network of U.S. suppliers and retail partners in addition to the best shipping rates we can negotiate. Starting logistics operations in the U.S. can often be complex, but our streamlined process makes setting international distribution easy. Here are just a few examples of who our clients are:

? International companies that buy products from U.S. suppliers for distribution in other countries and need their products prepared and consolidated before shipping internationally in order to meet foreign import regulations.

? Amazon sellers that, according to Amazon regulations, need to have their products inspected and prepared according to guidelines before sending their products to Amazon fulfillment centers.

? Amazon sellers that need inspection and processing of their buyer returns before sending the products back to Amazon.

? Any business that needs to establish a U.S.-based location to help make wholesale buying, shipping, and financial arrangements easier.

? Companies and individuals that want to buy goods from U.S. retailers online that will not ship overseas or consumers that wish to consolidate all their U.S. purchases before shipping internationally in order to save money.

We have shipping agents located all over the U.S., and they keep our logistics network running. The decentralized operations help us save money by removing the need for central warehouses and facilities. Instead, our shipping agents work from the comfort of their own home or office, giving them flexibility and us the ability to pass the savings onto our clients.

How the Process Works

? Clients are provided with a real U.S. address. This address corresponds to one of our U.S. shipping agents.

? Once the products are shipped, they are delivered to the address of the shipping agent. The agent will upload photos of the outer packaging to the online platform. If there are any special instructions for product handling, the agent then takes care of the requests, such inspection, re-packaging, consolidation.

? Then the agent uses a prepaid shipping label provided by our company to ship the package to the customer.

Duties

? Be available at your address to receive deliveries Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. There may be times when agents will be required to leave their location to pick up products from stores or the post office.

? Check in with your supervisor regularly through the employee portal.

? Be able to receive as many as five deliveries a day.

? Practice and maintain safety, privacy, and quality standards.

? Be detailed in product condition assessment, when preparing reports or uploading photos to verify packages.

? Professionally prepare and consolidate packages for shipping in a manner that keeps the items in brand-new condition.

? Ship packages from one of the company’s shipping partners: USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Requirements

? A valid U.S. address. It may be either a home or business address.

? Reliable transportation for large packages or multiple packages.

? Be capable of lifting heavy or bulky packages up to 30 pounds.

? Have reliable Internet as well as a computer and printer. Agents are responsible for supplying their own equipment.

? The ability to work independently and stay self-motivated. We prefer employees that are driven, ambitious, and great at self-managing in return for a work-at-home career.

? Must be able to pass a background check. We take the responsibility of handling our clients’ purchases very seriously, as well as their privacy.

Compensation

Our shipping agents receive $3,500 per month through direct deposit or PayPal. The first payment will be sent out after the first full month of work, as a security precaution to guarantee our clients’ property safety. After the first full month, payments are made twice a month. We also reimburse your work expenses, including shipping materials, gas, and Internet costs upon submission of expense report. There is no investment on your part. We will send you a W-2 form each year which will outline the taxes that have been withheld.

THEN THEY STOPPED THE EMAIL CONTACT WITH ME AND OF COURSE THEY NOT SEND ANY BUSINESS CREDENTIALS

- Lake View, NY, USA

I was offered a job to do quality control, stating that they worked with amazon.com and when a new seller sold on amazon they were paid to make sure the item is a described, then forward it to an Amazon warehouse

- Mansfield, OH, USA

I was cold contacted by a person whose email address was personal and not company provided. Claimed to be named Latoya. Said she was recruiting for a quality control firm that worked with Amazon. Listed all sorts of perks ( ie: work from home, make lots of money, all benefits included). They just needed someone to receive packages, verify contents, then ship out to proper address once verified. Honestly, I am not sure what sort of anuerism I was having that day, but I sent a resume. Afterwards, I was contacted via email by "Rose Grace" ([email protected]). That is where it clicked... Why did a company that was big enough to work with Amazon quality control use a free internet provider? I tried searching USA premium logistics in google, and when nothing came up, I searched it here. BINGO. Found two other reported scams just like this. Probably stolen property, but rerouted to come from YOUR address. No thanks. This is a SCAM!!!

They say they are getting unwanted package from amazon and shipping them to other people. They set up an account for tracking. The portal is junk and they never put the complete details of the items being shipped to you. The tracking numbers are incorrect, incomplete or non existing. I told them I will never accept any package from them without proper tracking details. They got insulted and said they will never give me their personal information. I once again told them no proper tracking number no accept. They got snooty and said they will send their security to my house to get their packages. I once again told them not to come to my house or they will be charged for trespassing. Their package will never be accepted so it will not be here. They are not from USA. Their messages are not written with proper English. It looks like they are from Germany. Nit is a word they used. IP Address said Germany. They did not want any money or banking information unless you wanted direct deposit. I said check would be fine. They want your address and some sort of personal id. Drivers license or passport. Once again Google is allowing criminals to use their platform to ruin people's lives. Google should be sued for allowing this criminal activity to happen through their website. These people will not give you an account unless you get a Facebook page. So I finally created one. Not sure what the importance of this is but there must be some sort of link. Once again another digital platform possible being used for criminal activities. They have a copy of my DL and address so I will have to get some sort of ID protection. I know my carries by name and have instructed them not to even bring the packages to my house. Also Informed their management of the issue so they can start their investigation as soon as they receive the packages.

Yes it's true I am one of the victim employee at premium logistic Company the remote manager is Sarah Valdez. I had the same experience as the other victims. They said I would receive 3500 Oct 1 2020. Sarah Valdez went MIA, matter of fact the whole company went MIA. This company is a scam. I did reported to BBB. This company is playing with ppl families and livelihood.
