I purchased stamps through a Facebook ad that promoted them for being on sale. It was marketed as USPS but when I checked the website later it was not legitimate. They use flystamps.com as well as https://postalonlinestore.com/ and bulk stamps.com. I happened to see the charge on my cc bill as a Pay Pal charge to Shi Lei HKG and didn’t recognize it so I reported it as fraud. I’ve been receiving emails from Macro Goldstone Limited to pay the charge if the stamps were received. Pay Pal is also sending me invoices only in Chinese. Each time I'm emailed its from a different person, email, and listed website. The last email I received stated, “ Please don't worry, our website is legal, and orders and charges are real and legal

We use another country's Paypal to prevent our customers from paying tax.

The package shipping from US,

We have refuned full to you first.

May i ask if you have received stamps ?

If yes,can you pay us again?”
