I received a spoofed call, which appeared on my iphone as the USPTO +1 (571) 272-3275 which was purportedly for an additional identity confirmation step. I was asked to confirm several pieces of information including my address, email address and last 4 digits of my social. Very regrettably, I also provided my credit card information for a $25 charge.
