I never received my product and reached out through the email they provided and gave me a fake tracking number. I reached out AGAIN and they said that they would give me a 40% refund and I have yet to receive that.
I constantly send them emails and they never respond. I reported this website to the federal fraud commission.

Company advertising a deal on Instagram as a special offer for JBL Boombox 3 at $19.98. Click on the link to website purchased the product with express shipping(4-7 days). Never received properly tracking number to follow and locate product package. Product never delivered. Looked up tracking details on website (https://utesome.com/), informed that the product was delivered to Pompano Beach, FL clear across the country opposite of the address provided for delivery initially. Which was Los Angeles, CA.

I ordered a product online from Utesome.com. I initially found the product advertised through Facebook. The product was never received but payment was taken. This "company" is located in China.

I ordered a floaty for my daughter and i noticed that it wasn't delivered after a month of waiting for it and i contacted the website and they told me it was lost and that all they can do for me is to give me 30% of my money back I still haven't received my merchandise or my refund

The EXACT same thing happened to me. They blocked my email address because I kept asking for my money back lol
