company representative,Randy Bates talked with my wife and I. He had our personal information on a previous vacation club we use. He showed us how we could get a vacation package with much better availability on peak times that we could not get condo rooms for. we were purchasing the package for our adult children , three separate families. We were told we would receive packets for each family. He showed us on his computer the savings and availability in specific locations we had tried to go in the past and were not able to get rooms. We have found out this is a scam

Tried to book a free vacation that ended up costing 100 dollars as a fully refundable deposit. After 2 years of trying to book the free airline flight I finally asked for my refund but only got 80 out of the 100. I know it doesn’t seem like much but the real rip off is that you will never get the free vacation you were promised
