I had ordered a handmade figure and read through shipping times and made my purchase of 59.99. It has been 2 months since that purchase was made. I tried to call, i have emailed MULTIPLE TIMES and still no response. Now i will have to file a dispute with my bank to hopefully get that money back but these people need to be held accountable to their actions.
