They sent me the wrong item. They refused to refund my money until after I paid to send the item back to them that they sent by mistake.

Items received (after a 2 month wait for their arrival) were of very poor quality and none of them fit as indicated by their sizing guidelines. I am an experienced seamstress and am confident in my measurements. I emailed the company over 8 times requesting the address to return the items for a full refund. They refused to provide a return shipping address. I've spent over 6 hours trying to return the items and now having to prove this to my credit card company to try and recoup my $165.

The items that I received were nothing like the photos. They were poor quality fabric and not well made. Despite repeatedly requesting a refund and an address to return the goods, neither has been supplied.

This company is using images stolen from other business and claiming them as their own product. The product they sell is not at all what's shown on the website. They sell a variety of clothing items. The items I purchased were from images lifted from a website called dovetailworkwear.com. The items I received were nothing like what the images portray. They are cheap, generic, overpriced and very poorly made. I requested a refund and they asked me to send pictures to prove they were defective or wrong. I told them I wouldn't send pictures, I just wanted to refund the products for a refund. They will not provide me with an address to return items to, or issue my refund.

Complete scam company. Ordered mid May 2020, and as of July 11, 2020, no order received.

Charged my card 3 times for the same order. Had to cancel my card and dispute the charges. Now I have 2 odd inquiries on my credit bureau, and I have not applied for anything in over a year. Had to put fraud alerts on all 3 bureaus.

They are professional rip off artists. Disadvantages Facebook won't shut them down because the "company " pays for sponsored ads. Sad, sad, sad.

the clothing they sent was the cheapest quality I have EVER seen, simply cut with scissors, and the simplest stitches to hold the crap together.. and the stitches came off halfway already on the 3 products I ordered - impossible to wear, even charity would look at you like "are you kidding me"

I instantly contacted them requesting to return the products and all they do is send me emails saying I get a 3$ for the NEXT purchase

while they website clearly states a regular return policy:

"We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30 day No-Hassle refund policy. If you're unhappy about your purchase, send us the product back and we'll refund your money immediately."

it is illegal business practice to send you unusable crap (and I don't say this lightly, but I am so angry, as I would have never imagined this possible) - and on top of that flake out on the returns! - WOW - I don't need to be a lawyer to see that this is illegal!

I can send pictures if required, I am spending too much time on this already, but I am happy to do so, to prevent them from stealing other people's money
