I saw an ad on Facebook for a particular type of bookcase that I liked so I looked on the internet to see where I could buy it. There was a website, www.zeagdes.com, that looked to have what I wanted at the best price so I placed an order on 1/16/22. I received an order confirmation email that same day, and for the first few days afterwards I was able to click on the "track your order" link and see the supposed progress. Soon thereafter, on 1/28, the website disappeared along with my order and my money, I kept getting a "server not found" error. I reached out to the seller to find out what happened, and received a few emails with "closed for the holidays", then "our website is down", then "the package is delayed", then finally "it was lost in transit". In the interim I was digging around on the internet to see if I could track this vendor down, and came across multiple websites supposedly selling the same product that I ordered - all of the websites had the same setup, same pictures, same prices, and same "testimonials", they are obviously set up to scam people.
