A lady who said her name was Ivy told me that my doctor(Dr Russell Peterson) had called in a prescription for me and that she needed me to verify my address and date of birth. I told her no that I only use the two pharmacies that are listed on my chart at the doctor's office and they would not call in anything out of the blue without my knowledge.

What upsets me is that this person had my home number and knew my doctor's name.

I called my doctor's office and they verified they had not called in anything for me to any pharmacy. I let them know what was going on in case they have any more calls about the same thing.

I called the number back of the scammer and when "Ivy" answered I asked her the name of her pharmacy since she did not answer with the name of her business. She asked for my name. I told her it was funny that she did not know the name of her pharmacy unless she knew my name first.
