I have received a faux invoice from this company every January since 2014. The invoice looks very legit, and even has a stamp saying "PAST DUE" on it. There is an invoice number and quantity and description information along with a project number. Everything about it looks legit, except for the fact that there is no phone number listed. There are three email addresses and one fax number provided on the invoice. The email addresses are as follows: [email protected]; [email protected]; and [email protected]. We cut a check to pay them and it almost went through, however when the CEO of our company was signing the checks for payment he realized that this invoice did not look familiar. We immediately voided the check and have shredded the invoices when they come in every year.
