I received a text about a job offer paying $35/hour for data entry and they would pay $15/training. I was told I would have a Skype chat with Richard Smith about my interview, which we talked for a couple days, but they way he would respond sounded foreign which I didn't mind since I work for an international company, they told me they were sending me a check via FedEx ex for an in home office set up, the check was delayed, but the next day a check did come from a company called Retina Group I didn't think it was unusual because medical groups do work together, so what started off being weird was when I go the check it came with a "letter of instruction" about how I needed to email this person about getting the check and they monitored how long it took me to get to the bank to the deposit, I had to send a receipt showing the deposit (I scratched out my bank account number and balance for privacy), I called the bank that the check was coming from prior to depositing it and that bank confirmed its a legit company and the funds were available. I deposited into my bank the next day the fraud department calls me and tell me the check issued is a stole check. I emailed Richard Smith he told this isn't correct and there's a mistake, and he told me I was wrong and that a supervisor was going to reach out to me, they never did. I asked him so when do I start my job or is a new check on the way? No response. The day when I deposited the check they kept asking if any funds were available from it and it was like $200 so he told me to use those funds to buy 2x ebay gift cards and to buy the software I would need to upload into the Mac pro they were going to send me to work from. Red flag. I went ask
far as emailing the company on the website the situation because the original offer letter from the HR person that I received had an extra letter in the email address if you read it fast it looks legit. No response all around. It's very sad considering what this company might be or is, is life changing but whoever is trying to scam innocent people out of whatever they are trying to do is a horrible person.
Employment Scam

I received a texted from a job offer via text stating they would pay me $15/hour with a pay increase of $35. I immediately had red flags cause how you jump that high. I been Skyping a lady but a man call that sounded like a robot. The person I spoke with their number popped up as a spam risk. Plus the biggest RED FLAG, The representative I been skyping with said they would email me a check. How do you email a check? You can't cause you have to sign it. So this company is definitely a scam/hackers. They are scamming off of children and adults with stens in their hearts
