Applied for a job on Upwork for website development. I did a written interview and was selected. Shortly after the person explained the hourly pay and work via Skype he said I need equipment. He said the laptop would be covered by the company but they will send me a check. I was instructed to mobile deposit the check and then buy the laptop.
