I was on Google shopping and after googling for patio furniture, one of the results was from a company named Bearsotck. I noticed everything they listed on their site was $12.95 with free shipping. I’ve actually been successful with other inexpensive deals from other companies, so I ordered a wicker bistro set item # HE59092WN, order #1549. After placing my order with a visa, I received an email confirmation. Within a day I received shipping confirmation, which stated that my order would arrive within 14 days. Yesterday I decided to check the order status through a link included in my order confirmation email and I received an error message, stating that the website is not available. After trying several times, I decided to google issues that others may have had with the company, and almost all of the results include people who ordered and then never received the items and who like myself, tried to access the website again but could not because it no longer exists. There is no way I can get my money back, so I’m going to have to see if my bank can help me, since the funds have already been withdrawn.
