They offer a 30 day money back guarantee. The trial bottle is $4.95. I ordered two products. Some place I can't find there is fine print that says I have to cancel within 15 days. I was charged almost $90.00 per bottle for not cancelling, even though it states 30 day money back guarantee. I called twice and was very persistent and they agreed to refund me 50%. I have since found similar complaints all over the internet. I will be working with my bank for further restitution. 100% total scam. DermaFi 877-743-1783
