On Facebook, Sally Field showed up and the ad was about how young she looks, and if I ordered the product for only $4.00 to pay for shipping, then I could look young too. I never saw that I would be enrolled in some ongoing program. Next thing I know I am being charged $89.03 for a tiny jar of skin cream. Dealing with this company made my skin crawl. Please stay away from this company.

I ordered a "trial" sample of their product for under $10 and received it.There is nothing on their webpage or order page to indicate the scam, but here it is. At the very bottom of the webpage is a link that when clicked informs the customer that unless Bella Serata is notified within 14 days, the customer is now enrolled in an ongoing program for their skincare products. I was charged $89.03 for a tiny jar of skin cream. I was able to avoid a $93.97 charge for a skin serum. I ordered neither of these nor would I dream of paying a ridiculous amount for a skin care product. I, unfortunately checked too late checked the internet to see many, many complaints for this company.

I saw an article online about Joanna Gaines from the show "Fixer Upper" was working secretly on a skin care line that was going to be a big breakthrough in anti-aging. They offered you to try it for free, a 30-day supply, and all you had to do was pay shipping. Evidently there was a terms and agreement to this that was not easily seen because after the first 14 days you had it, if you did not call to cancel your subscription, then you would be billed for the cream and eye serum that they also sent, which was $89.03 from River Ridge, LA. And after seeing this charge, I did some research online and found that according to Joanna Gaines' website, she says she is not associated with any skin care line. https://magnoliamarket.com/dont-believe-everything-you-read/ So I was going to call and dispute the charges and then before I could, we found another charge from Mudbug Marketing out of Texas of $84.94, which caused my bank account to be in the red.

So I called both numbers this morning and got the same place in Florida. The first agent I spoke with, Zina, said that when the decision was made to take the product and pay the shipping, it was in the terms and agreement that I would pay the full price for the product if I didn't call and cancel within 14 days of receiving it. After talking to this agent and saying that it was misrepresented, and that I would not have even bothered if I'd known about the "terms and agreement", they offered me a discount on my next shipment. I continued to tell them I wanted a refund and they made their discount bigger on my next shipment. I told them I was not interested in any more shipments as they misrepresented the product and that I wanted to talk to someone about a refund. They finally agreed to give me a 50% refund back, which I accepted but was not satisfied. I had even offered to send the product back to them.

I then called the number from Mudbug Marketing that had just shown up on my account this morning from TX at 855-201-0497 and turns out it went to the same exact company. They then said that since I had previously cancelled my subscription, that the $84.94 that was pending on my account was already cancelled and would not come out of my account. I told them that Joanna Gaines was not associated with this product as they had stated and they said she was linked to the product. I told them I was going to file a complaint for them misrepresenting their product and not disclosing clearly the terms to their offer. They told me my subscription was cancelled and I was taken care of and hung up.

I saw the free trial offer--just pay S/H. I entered my name, address, phone, and email information. I stopped when it asked for credit card information to check reviews. Within minutes some rude operator from this company called me and asked why I had not completed the transaction. What?! She was pressuring me to give credit card to receive the product. "You want it, don't you?!" I told her "not anymore. Please remove my number from her list." Crazy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM FOR SURE!

I saw an ad online for a wrinkle cream sample and it said I only had to pay shipping and handling charges of $4.95. After reading through the reviews very carefully, because I'm always very cautious of scams already, I decided to pay the shipping fees for the cream. This then brought me to another screen that asked if I also wanted an eye serum for additional shipping fees of $4.97. I was ok with this and selected that I wanted that as well. This was on February 22, 2017 at 2:17 p.m. Fifteen days later, on March 9, 2017, this company withdrew $89.95. On March 10, 2017, they withdrew $84.95. On April 10, 2017, they made two (2) withdrawals from my account in the amounts of $94.90, and $89.92. I never authorized charges other than the original shipping costs. Also, I have received no further products or services so this is straight out theft of my money. When I called the "company", I spoke with a customer service agent named Brian who told me it was a membership and I was to call within 14 days of the original purchase to cancel. I specifically looked for wording like this prior to my order and it was no where in the advertising. He claims it was and told me he would cancel me today, April 11, 2017. I asked about getting my money back and he said they don't do that. I am now out $359.72 for a face cream that feels like battery acid on my face.
